Meanwhile, Kwong Kau’s 63-year-old wife, Jenny Li Sui-Heung, is being charged with perverting the course of justice for allegedly deleting evidence during a police probe on February 23.
After appearing in court on Monday, all four family members were remanded in custody. The subsequent court date is set for May 8.

Investigating the father’s assets revealed that the 65-year-old had a 291-square-foot subsidized apartment in Sheung Man Court, Kwai Chung. In July 2020, the condo was purchased for around HK$2.2 million. He is the original and only resident of the apartment.
