Billions Season 6: Release Date, Cast, Plot, and Latest News

Season five, Billions, finished with Axe just avoiding arrest by fleeing to Switzerland, signaling the end of Damien Lewis’ five-year reign as co-lead on the program. Now, the fans are eagerly waiting for the story to continue, as the drama concluded on a cliffhanger.

Brian Koppelman, David Levien, and Andrew Ross Sorkin created the American drama television series Billions. The show debuted on Showtime on January 17, 2016, and has already produced five full seasons. And now, another season is in the works. Massive cities, most notably New York and Connecticut, are frequently featured in the series, which looks pleasing.

It is predicted that the coming season will be considered distinct but very identical in others, without Axe’s peculiarities. It seems because Chuck will find himself in some other monetary war of wills with Mike Prince, the current owner of Axe’s businesses.

Billions Season 6: Cast

If we look at the cast list of season 6, there are high chances that most of the cast members would come back in the story. Bobby Axelrod has cashed out, so there will be one less billionaire competing in power plays in season six.

This increases the chances that there will be another protagonist in the story. The story will explore other angles of drama as well. Co-star Damien Lewis has exited his legendary role as Axe after five seasons, with his character escaping to Switzerland in the fifth season finale.
