Finally, something positive to report: the streamer has confirmed that Cobra Kai’s fifth season will premiere earlier than planned.
It doesn’t matter what happens in Season 5, there will be a deluge of Karate Kid IP following Season Five. Series co-creator Jon Hurwitz commented that “all I can say is we expect more Cobra Kai to come and that the Miyagiverse is far from completed” when a fan inquired about the future of Cobra Kai.

Having seen the Season Five trailer, we know that Daniel and Chozen will do all they can to stop Silver. There is a chance that the character of Julie Pierce, played by Hilary Swank in The Next Karate Kid, would finally show up and end all this crazy. This show has more than 1,000 characters, so we won’t speculate on the futures of every one of them, but we can assume that whatever allegiances they had at the end of Season Four, they’ll switch to a new side at some point in Season Five or Six. That’s how Cobra Kai operates.
