Team Pau defeated Team Joakim 25-20 thanks to a 3-pointer from New Orleans Pelicans guard Jose Alvarado from the right wing. The third 3-pointer to bring a game to its intended score came from Alvarado, and the same thing happened earlier in the night during the semifinal games. He ultimately won the game MVP award as well.

After a scorching effort in his semifinal game, second-year guard Quentin Grimes made a lasting impression in the championship game by scoring 14 points on 5-for-8 shooting:

The Final Target Score for the two semifinal games, Games 1 and 2, was 40. The Jordan Rising Stars title was decided by a Final Target Score of 25 in the championship game.

Both Banchero (nine points, five rebounds) and Alvarado (13 points, 10 minutes) performed admirably for Team Pau.
