  • Taxpayers with annual incomes between $75,000 and $125,000 (or $150,000 and $250,000 as a couple) will receive $250, while those with dependents will receive a further $250. With that in mind, a family of four may get $750.
  • If you file as an individual and your annual income is between $125,000 and $250,000, or if you file as a couple and your annual income is between $250,000 and $500,000, you will receive $200. The highest amount that might be given to a household with children in this income group is $600.

Following the passage of the Delaware Relief Rebate Program in April, all Delawareans who submitted their 2020 tax forms were sent a $300 stimulus check. Each spouse who filed jointly should have received a payout, which began in May.
