Currently playing third base for the Boston Red Sox of Major League Baseball, American-born Justin Matthew Turner (born November 23, 1984) is a professional baseball player (MLB). The Baltimore Orioles, the New York Mets, and the Los Angeles Dodgers were all former MLB teams for which he played.
Turner was a Cal State Fullerton Titans baseball team member in college. He entered the major leagues with the Cincinnati Reds in 2009, after being picked by them in the seventh round of the 2006 MLB draught. While playing with the Dodgers, Turner made the All-Star team and was named the NLCS MVP.

On Monday, Justin Turner was injured severely during a spring Detroit Tigers spring training game score vs. Boston Red Sox. The Red Sox also gave an update on Turner, saying he was being treated for “soft tissue injuries” and having a concussion evaluation. Turner signed a two-year, $21.7 million agreement with the Red Sox this offseason after spending the previous nine seasons as the Dodgers’ third baseman.
