The first trailer for National Treasure: Edge of History has arrived, and it shows that the series will debut on Disney+ on December 14, 2022, just in time for the holidays. The D23 Expo in Anaheim, California served as the venue for the premiere of the series, which follows the events of the first two National Treasure films.
National Treasure Series Release Date
The series follows DREAMer Jess (Lisette Olivera), as she attempts to discover the truth about her enigmatic family and recover a long-lost pan-American treasure.
Catherine Zeta-Jones, Zuri Reed, Antonio Cipriano, Jordan Rodrigues, Jake Austin Walker, and Lyndon Smith are just some of the big names in the show’s stellar roster, which will debut with two episodes. Legendary producer Jerry Bruckheimer has confirmed that the program is identical to the movie in concept but with a younger cast and that the first season would consist of 10 episodes.

There have been rumors about a National Treasure 3 since 2008, when Nicolas Cage’s cult following began to grow again, with the rumored setting being Atlantis. However, this has never been proven. We do know that series regulars Justin Bartha (Riley Poole) and Harvey Keitel (Peter Sadusky) will be back.
Getting Nicolas Cage would be a huge casting win, but he hasn’t confirmed anything. Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, 20th Century Fox, and other studios all announced new works at the convention.
