Where Can You Watch ‘SEAL Team’?

SEAL Team can be seen on CBS and Paramount+. Although SEAL Team began as a network television program, with a CBS premiere, more recent seasons have been released straight to Paramount+. Season 5 of SEAL Team will premiere on CBS on November 2, 2023. For those who haven’t been watching the show on Paramount+, this is wonderful news. We’ll have to wait and see whether Season 7 of SEAL Team airs on CBS when it returns, or if it returns to being a Paramount+ exclusive.
