Hughes, 42, added that the couple’s separation took place on June 27, 16 days after they marked their wedding anniversary on June 11, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause.
Hughes is not certain of the full nature and extent of either his separate property or the couple’s community property, and he will ask the court for permission to revise his response or add new submissions once the assets have been established.
