Redefining the ways you have always considered watching scary shows, The Sandman is much more than a basic horror or crime story. In 1991, Neil Gaiman presented one of the most horrifying comic books that the world has seen.
Now, after twenty-seven years, Gaiman agreed to TV production of its epic series and Netflix grabbed that opportunity. In fact, The Sandman is anticipated to become a major hit just like The Squid Game. Gaiman was “thinking about the offer” for almost three decades and finally said yes. So, all the hype related to the show is just increasing the rating of the show.
The Sandman Season 1 Expected Release Date
Netflix didn’t think twice before confirming the project. It was one of the biggest catches for the banner and so, the production began in 2019 June. But sadly, there was quite some delay in the production due to the pandemic.
As things settled, the production started fast-tracking and on the recent date, the posters are even out. Netflix has not updated the release date of the series. But we believe that it is going to be officially premiering in 2022. In fact, Gaiman is also hoping to work on a gothic series in the future.
