Brandi Carlile Net Worth: Why She Was Hyped To Sing At Ellen Vow Renewal?
Brandi Carlile is a musician whose yearning, the inquisitive spirit are matched by her powerful, soaring voice. She made a sensation with her self-titled debut album in 2005, but the popular acclaim for her 2018 album By the Way, I Forgive You was so quick it almost seemed to arrive overnight. The haunting, churning “The Story” earned Carlile a gold certification for the album of the same name between those two albums, but she worked consistently and dependably, developing a cult following and industry connections that culminated with By the Way, I Forgive You, which ended up winning half of the Grammys it was nominated for.
With her profile rising, Carlile took advantage of her success by forming the country supergroup the Highwaymen with Amanda Shires, Maren Morris, and Natalie Hemby. The Highwomen’s 2019 debut served to highlight Carlile’s stardom and artistic breadth. Carlile returned to her solo career in 2021 with In These Silent Days, which generated the 2022 companion set In the Canyon Haze.

Brandi Carlile Was Hyped To Sing At Ellen’s Vow Renewal And Meet Prince Harry And Meghan Markle!
It wasn’t intended for Brandi Carlile to perform at Portia De Rossi and Ellen DeGeneres’ unexpected vow renewal. I was simply a spectator when Portia asked me to start singing the opening line of “The First Time I Saw Your Face,” and I replied, “Absolutely, that’s what I do.” At the Grammys on Sunday, Carlile spoke with ET. They were asking me if I needed any attention when I shouted “The first time” in front of these mega-celebrities, “So I simply had to go at the top of my lungs.” You can see the tweet below:

It was actually a lovely thing to witness, she continued. Since they are our sisters, we adore them. The unexpected vow renewal was organized by De Rossi as she was celebrating her 50th birthday.
“We talked to them for a long time like British accents, talked about the angiograms,” the singer said. “They just really felt like normal, decent, good humor people. We just had a great chat. I’m not going to pretend that I haven’t seen the hub bub, but I haven’t paid very close attention to it.”
Kris Jenner presided over the event, which was also attended by Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle. Carlile enjoyed a brief moment with the royal couple. For her performance at Sunday’s Grammys, Carlile is prepared to stretch her vocal cords once more, and she’s ready to rock. Don’t forget to share the deets with your fam!
