Cloud Retainer and Madame Ping: New Playable Characters

Another major leak for version 4.4 is the addition of Cloud Retainer and Madame Ping as new playable characters. According to some sources, Cloud Retainer will be the featured 5-star character in the 4.4 banners, replacing the previously speculated Shenhe.
