Jordan passed away in Los Angeles early on the morning of October24, 2022. In human years, he had already reached the ripe old age of 67. TMZ stated at the time that Jordan died when his BMW slammed into a building on Cahuenga Boulevard and Romaine Street in Hollywood due to a medical issue he was experiencing on the way to filming for FOX’s Call Me Kat.

According to TMZ, the cast and crew of Call Me Kat were anxious after Jordan failed to show up for work more than an hour after his scheduled time, and were devastated to hear the news that he had been killed in a vehicle crash. TMZ also published an image of the incident, which featured a white tent, yellow caution tape, and the wreckage of Jordan’s automobile, which had slammed head-on into the side of a white building with large windows.

A representative from the Los Angeles Police Department told People that the incident took place at roughly 9:30 a.m. PT. On Thursday, the Coroner’s Office said that actor and comedian Leslie Jordan died from injuries sustained in a vehicle incident with a wall in Hollywood. According to the coroner’s findings, Jordan,67, died from “sudden cardiac dysfunction” caused by “arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease” when he was behind the wheel of his automobile.

The collision that took Jordan’s life happened on October 24 around 9:30 a.m., at the intersection of Cahuenga Boulevard and Romaine Street. At the crossroads, fans have set up a temporary monument with flowers and candles. The state of the automobile, according to a law enforcement source quoted by the Los Angeles Times, suggests Jordan lost control of it.
