Ivana Trump Died Of Blunt Force Injuries To Her Torso, Medical Examiner Says
The New York City medical examiner has confirmed that Ivana Trump, Donald Trump’s first wife, died of “blunt impact injuries” to the torso. It was also stated that the 73-year-death-old’s on Thursday was the result of an accident. According to reports, she died after falling down the stairs in her New York City residence.

Ivanka Trump, who was reportedly very close to her mother, expressed her sadness on Instagram. “Mom was brilliant, charming, passionate, and wickedly funny. She modeled strength, tenacity, and determination in her every action. She lived life to the fullest – never forgoing an opportunity to laugh and dance,” Those words were written by her.
