David Bolno Found Not Guilty in Musician’s De@th on Miami Beach
Sources in the Miami Beach Police Department stated on Thursday, April 13, that music entrepreneur David Bolno is no longer being investigated as a possible suspect in the de@th of a young female singer.
Bolno, 46, who has worked with Drake and Post Malone, allegedly claimed he “wasn’t there” when the de@th of aspiring singer Laura Lozano was found in the bathtub of his ocean-view home in Miami Beach, as reported by the Daily Mail.
On March 30, the 34-year-old lady was discovered by the guy in the bathroom of his one-bedroom apartment at Miami’s ritzy Setai Hotel, the magazine said. Bolno departed from his hotel room at about 4:30 a.m. on the morning of Lozano’s m*rder, as seen by CCTV video.
The hotel staff discovered her corpse nine hours after she had stopped breathing; officials claimed to have uncovered signs of an “unknown substance” in the room. Bolno spoke to the Daily Mail about Lozano’s de@th, calling it a “tragedy,” and said he planned to sign the young artist since he “helped her to make music.”
“It was a terrible tragedy,” he told the outlet. “I had vacated the room in the earlier part of the morning so I wasn’t there when they found her.”
“It was really sad, she was someone I really liked, and she was a good person,” added Bolno, who is a partner at NKSFB, the nation’s largest business management firm, based in California.
Bolno says that Lozano stayed the night in his suite since she was in town to record a song. Saying, “She’s a client, and she was going to sign a record deal with me,” he elaborated. I was the one who helped her compose the music.
“I really don’t want to go too deeply into it, honestly it was a terrible tragedy.”
According to Bolno, “there’s not much more to it” than Lozano sneaking into his hotel room at night since he “let her stay there.”
Lozano’s corpse “She was found when I’d left,” and Lozano’s body “was found much later in the day.” Miami Beach police have named Bolno a “person of interest” in Lozano’s de@th. The business magnate claims, “I wasn’t there when she d!ed.”
