Major Reason Behind the MCU Timeline With “hawkeye”
Clint Hawkeye, played by Jeremy Renner, has established himself as an iconic figure in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Hawkeye’s past has not been entirely revealed, unlike that of other founders of the Avengers, and the sharpshooter’s chapter in the Infinity epic has taken a backseat.
However, Marvel Studios’ decision to focus on Jeremy Renner’s character ended in the conclusion of a Disney+ miniseries called Hawkeye, in which Barton rushes to finish a mission in time to see his family for Christmas.
Hailee Steinfeld makes her MCU debut as Kate Bishop in the series. The story takes after the events of Avengers: Endgame and it features one of the imaginary hero’s most desirable roles. Take a look at Clint Barton’s MCU history as the series premiered on November 24.
First Appearance of Clint Barton Aka Hawkeye
With the 2011 film Thor, Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye made his first appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, when he partnered with Agent Coulson and S.H.I.E.L.D. His place in the Marvel Universe’s future was confirmed in an elaborate cameo.
His position was extended upon in 2012’s The Avengers, in which he continues to work with the S.H.I.E.L.D. team. He was seen abducted by Loki, even helping him in his escape from S.H.I.E.L.D. He then starred in Avengers: Age of Ultron, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame, among other films.
Which Team Was Hawkeye in Civil War?
The Avengers were partitioned between Steve and Tony in Captain America: Civil War, with each being a member of either Team Cap or Team Iron Man. While Rhodes, Vision, Black Panther, and Spider-Man joined Iron Man, others joined Captain America, including Falcon, Bucky, Scarlet Witch, Ant-Man, and Hawkeye.

Clint became a prisoner of The Raft under Thunderbolt Ross as a result of his involvement in the fight, but he was released by Captain America and Black Widow.
His Role as an Avenger
Clint doesn’t have any superpowers, but he is considered the world’s best marksman, using a curved bow. Following his release from Loki’s imprisonment, Thor joins the Avengers and becomes one of their founding members.
Clint, who later left the Avengers to spend time with his family, had a key role in Wanda Maximoff and her brother Pietro’s recruitment to the Avengers. He rejoined the superheroes after a series of violent events to help restore the universe.
