Wagner student Yasmin Syed remarked, “We are part of a loud and proud community that talks about sustainability and a lot of other topics. We have been working with a CUNY professor on Wagner’s weather bank for the past few months.”
The students will keep an eye on their weather station using a weather grid and a thermometer for the next six weeks. More days with temperatures above 40 degrees indicate spring. If the number of days with temperatures below 40 percent disproves Chuck’s forecast.
