Stepdaughter Khloe Kardashian and ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson welcomed baby No. 2 via surrogate, and the former Olympic champion congratulated her.

“Congratulations, major @khloekardashian,” Caitlyn tweeted on Aug. 5 “I love you so much! You are such a strong woman. And what an amazing mother!”
In addition, the Fox News contributor sent the Good American CEO the following Instagram message: “You are an amazing mother and such a strong boss woman! Truly incredible for women everywhere – so blessed to have you in my life!”
A representative for Khloe recently revealed that she and Tristan — with whom she have a 4-year-old daughter named True Thompson — welcomed a second child via surrogate.
According to the reality star’s representative, true’s younger sibling was conceived in November, one month before it was revealed that the NBA star was expecting a child with Maralee Nichols. Tristan is also a father to Prince, 5, with his ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig, and he has two other children with her.
As a thank, you to the “extraordinary surrogate,” Khloe’s representative said, “Khloe is incredibly grateful.”
However, Khloe and Tristan’s pregnancy announcement did not signify they were reconciling. A source said in July that Khloe and Tristan were “not back together” and that they “had not spoken outside of co-parenting matters.”
For some time now, Khloe and Tristan have made it clear that they want to grow their family.

Khloe hinted to Tristan that she “might need to borrow some sperm” from him for True to have a sibling on an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2020.
Khloe and Tristan rekindled their romance in 2017, and a source said that the couple was “on the same page and want another baby.”
