Dolly Parton, a legend in the world of country music, met her future husband, Carl Dean when she was just 18 years old. Carl, then 21 years old, saw Dolly for the first time on the day she moved to Nashville, outside of the Wishy Washy Laundromat.
“My first thought was I’m gonna marry that girl,” he recalled. “My second thought was, ‘Lord she’s good-looking.'”
