Fairfax Season 2 Renewal Status
A second season of the Fairfax cartoon series has already been confirmed by Amazon Prime Video.
Netflix originally bought two seasons of Fairfax back in January 2020, when the announcement was first made.
Since Amazon Prime Video had ordered 16 episodes last year and only released the first season with eight, fans may breathe a sigh of relief knowing that the successful series will be back in action.

Fairfax Season 1 Ratings
The second season of Fairfax is on the way, but many fans aren’t happy with how the first season has gone over with.
No matter how long it’s been out, Fairfax isn’t getting any attention on the various user-based feedback sites. At the time of this writing, the IMDB rating is 4.5/10 and the Rotten Tomatoes audience rating is 60%.
Fairfax has received similarly negative reviews from critics.
It was a “typical up and down season” for the genre, according to The Hollywood Reporter, while Variety contends that it may have alienated its intended audience.
In contrast, the harshest critique came from the AV Club, which referred to Amazon’s Fairfax as “a tweet.”

Amazon Prime has already scheduled a second season of Fairfax, which raises some questions regarding the show’s future. It is quite doubtful that the streaming platform will continue to renew Fairfax for a third or fourth season if season 2 fails to improve these ratings and reviews.
Fairfax Season 2 Cast
Season 2 of ‘Fairfax’ will almost certainly bring back the original cast members. The cast features Skyler Gisondo as Dale, Jaboukie Young-White as Truman, Peter S. Kim as Benny, and Kiersey Clemons as Derica, amongst others. J.B. Smoove and John Leguizamo star as Quattro and Glenn while Colton Dunn and Rob Delaney as Grant and Phylis and Camila Mendes and Pamela Adlon respectively as Principal Weston and Melody.
